2. What support do you provide during the event?

We provide a dedicated technician on-site for the duration of your event. Our technician will handle the setup and takedown of the equipment and assist guests with operating the system, ensuring everything runs smoothly. This allows you and your guests to focus on enjoying the event without any technical worries.

Absolutely! Our system is designed to be interactive and user-friendly. Guests can browse the extensive music library and add their favorite songs to the 'play next' list, giving them control over the music and encouraging engagement throughout the event.

5. Which areas do you serve?

We primarily operate within the Perth metropolitan area. If your event is outside this area, please get in touch with us to discuss possible arrangements. We strive to accommodate all requests and will do our best to bring our services to your location.

6. How long does setup and takedown take?

Our professional technician typically requires:

Setup: Approximately 60 minutes before the event starts to ensure everything is functioning perfectly.
Takedown: About 45 minutes after the event concludes. We coordinate these times with you to ensure minimal disruption to your event schedule.

7. How do I customize the playlist before my event?

Once your booking is confirmed, we'll provide you with access to our online music library where you can select and organize songs for your event's playlist. If you have specific songs in mind that aren't in our library, let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to source them for you.

8. What is the size and power requirements of the equipment?

Our AI Jukebox Karaoke system is designed to be compact and efficient:

Size: The unit has a sleek design that fits comfortably in most venues without taking up excessive space.

Power: It requires access to a standard power outlet. Our technician will handle all the necessary connections and ensure everything is set up safely.

9. What are your booking and payment terms?

To secure your booking, we require a deposit at the time of reservation, with the remaining balance due before the event date. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and online payments. 10. What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellation more than 14 days before the event: Full refund of the deposit.
Cancellation within 14 days of the event: Deposit is non-refundable. For rescheduling, we'll do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability.
